Is it possible to simply photoshop individual frames in a video?
I have a 24p short and there is some dust on the lense in some of the shots. the simple thing would have been for my dp to clean the lense before the shoot - but he didn't.
Can I "photoshop" away the specks of noise somehow???
(I am cutting in Vegas 6 - which is fantstic btw)
Thanks

Sure. The process is called Rotoscoping.
The nice thing with Premiere is you can invoke Photoshop directly from each frame. I'm not sure if that can be done in Vegas without saving the frame and reimporting it.
