    -2147023739 Contact your support personnel.

    Running windows 98se, trying to install SVCD2DVD 2.0

    Ignore the error and run SVCD, get the following error:

    Version: SVCD2DVD 2.0
    Build: 2.0.2146.38147

    Type: System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException

    Source: System.Windows.Forms

    Message: Class not registered

  2. Still does not work. My system is win98se. All of those errors involved
    XP and SP2 issues. Any clues??

    Can you try installing the VB runtime:

    http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=7b9ba261-7a9c-43e7-9117-f6730...displaylang=en

    It would seem the 98 doesn't install this be default.

    After installing that can you install S2D again?
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.
    VOB2MPG PRO, Extract mpegs from your DVDs - with you in control!
