    Just a silly question since this was happening to me.

    Do you have enough hard drive space?

    I have a hard drive dedicated to my video capturing and the TV-Tuner program happened to go back to it's default path which was a drive that did not have enough room on for the captured file.

    Once I reset this to the correct drive it would record the whole video.
