I converted a bunch of videos in TMPGenc, and forgot to change the video sequence header. And its gonna be a pain to convert them again.
Is there a way to not convert them all again, and just change the video sequence header?

mpeg-vcr has a GOP-fixer that has always worked for me when in your situation.
If it's just the Sequence header error (and not the GOP length error) then you should just be able to demux and remux with TMPGEnc > MPEG Tools. I think there's a guide on how to do this for VCD in the guides section written by vitualis, so you'd need to set the system stream type to MPEG-2 (Program) for DVD.If in doubt, Google it.
