what are the best CD's to use for VCD's that are easiest read in a DVD player?

all cd's are good if the dvd player supports cd-r/rw. If the player does not support burnt cd's please specify the player to see if there are specific cd's that have dyes that can be read.

I like TDK. I've never had any burning errors with them and my DVD Player seems to like them.
I only dream in black & white...

thanks...I have an Apex AD-1500. it reads cd-r but has like a wierd humming noise like the noise when a TV is on in the room and its on mute or something.
