dvd2svcd problem

It all works fine until I come to the dvd2avi, it allways freezes. Even if I use force film and not automatic.

What can the problem be?

Creating DVD2AVI INI file:
- C:\dvd2svcdjobber\DVD2AVI.INI

Variable settings:
iDCT_Algorithm: 32-bit SSE MMX

Executing DVD2AVI.
Creating DVD2AVI project file.

AND HERE IT STOPS, it creates a 2kbit d2v file, and never moves any further.
