    Hi,

I wonder if anybody came to this problem?
After conversion of some chapters from my own DVDs (baby, wedding...), I noticed some video files are shivering, jerky - but not all of them.
I wanted to make compilation of several different DVDs and I tried a few programs, but the only one among them was capable to do demux to mpeg video and audio separately: DVD decrypter (v. 3.5.4.0.). I followed instructions from this forum (IFO mode, stream processing, put demux for each file independently) but the result is described in the first paragraph.
I would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

  2. Svor,

Give details as to what programs you have used. And what configurations did you use in these programs to convert.
When I was born I was so shocked that I could'nt speak for 18 months.

Yesterday I did some research with Virtualdubmod and find that jerky video appears only when I convert to DV codec. All other codecs give good results: DivX, Indeo, Cinepak. Now I'm only considered with the fact that DV codec is the most easier format for editing in Pinnacle studio 9.4, which I use to author DVDs.
Now, I still wonder about this DV codec...
