    Hi Everyone:

    I am trying to backup the DVD "Hitch." I purchased Mac The Ripper 3.12 and it defeated the Sony Arcos copy protection. However, when I tried to use DVD 2 One (version 1.3) to compress it, I got error messages saying some files were missing. I then clicked "okay." and the compression process froze.

    Has anyone every come across this situation and how did you resolve it? Thanks in advance for your comments.
