I've been using Mac the Ripper for sometime and found it takes about 2hrs. and 15mins to rip and burn with roxio popcorn.
How can I speed up the process to at least half the time.
I am using an I-Book 900 mhz 640mb of ram osx 10.2 and bus speed 100mhz.
What can I do to make mac the ripper work faster it takes about 2hrs to rip.

That's not really that bad with that speed of a processor, but you would be better off posting in the Mac forum for a definitive answer.

yup, a faster FW encased DVD Drive will get you better rip speeds.
You can either build or buy: Lacie, Pioneer, NEC etc.
As for Compression through popcorn, your onboard processor
    is at its top end.
To get faster compression, you'd have to get a new computer.
