  1. Hi,

I am having a video clip in rm format with excellent quality. How to convert it into other formats(preferably VCD format)? Can any one suggest me the right software and how to use that.

Is there any software that can convert the blurred video in rm format to good quality in Vcd format. If so please suggest me how to use it and how to specify the features in it.

    Thank You

    a) There is no such thing as good quality VCD. All VCD is sub-VHS.

    b) Once the data has been destroyed by RM compression, you can't get it back.

    c) how can the rm file be blurred and not as good as VCD, yet still be considered good quality ?

The best bet is probably tmpgenc plus and vcd easy.

I think WinAVI Video Converter is one of your best choices. It can do the rm as well as other formats conversions pretty good.
