    I would like to record the VGA output from a PC. I would probably like to use a Mac to record on. Is there a good way to go in through a VGA->DVI adapter is there another way I can capture this without getting additional hardware? thanks.

    Use the Composite TV Out on your x300 otherwise additional hardware is necessary.
