    So i guess this question has been in the forum before but il give it a try.

    I want a capture card that suits my needs:

    * Every thinkable resolution to capture.
    * Good drivers for 2k/xp, no driver issues, and no troubble in XP at all
    * s-vhs & rca input
    * tv tuner (would be nice) itīs not so important though
    * high quality software captures

    Hardware capture is not a must.

    So, people? what kind of card has got all these capabilities that suits my needs?

    Ive been looking for a while now, but i donīt really know wich card that works with 2k/xp...thats very important

    Regards

  2. I have a WinTV PCI Model 401 capture card that works great for me in WinXP. It has RCA input and S-Video input, a TV tuner (which I never use, in fact I've never even tried to watch TV yet in WinXP, so I don't know if it works), it offers me the option to capture anywhere from 160x120 all the way up to 768x576 (although I've only ever tried it at 352x240, 352x480, and 480x480), and I think it is only around $50.
