I want to add some songs into some parts of the DVD which I made it, but I don't know how to do. Please tell me what tool and how can I use the tool to do it.

If you have already made the DVD, then life just got complicated. If you still have all the original video etc, then simply use you editor to add the music to the audio tracks, then encode and author.

Most of it is relevent. You will have to
Rip the DVD to your HDD
Demux the audio
Edit the audio to add the music (this may involve further demuxing if you have AC3 audio)
Encode the audio
Mux the audio back into the DVD
Burn the DVDRead my blog here.
