can anyone tell me a program i can use to dub over a video file.. i.e so i can talk over it with a mic... thanks

I think programs like windows movie maker will do it while the video is running....
Of course you could always play it and use a seperate audio recording program to record and then use it as a seperate "commentary track" or mix it in with the video later.Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw?
