dvds santa out of sync+svcd2dvd crash - help!!!!

I have got DVD Santa full version 4. Everytime I use this to convert tv episodes into dvd, when I play the converted files, the audio is always out of sync?

Have they started using more up to date divx which my dvd santa doesnt like?

Ive also got svcd2dvd and end up using this but it takes along time
My problem is, that even when I use this one, it crashes and then everytime I try it again, it crashes at the same point. it doesnt happen much but i really want my dvdsanta to work as its been great in the past

Any ideas what I can do?

It is probably VBR MP3 audio that DVD Santa doesn't like.

The only suggestion I can think of to fix you immediate problem is don't use the product, do it the proper way. I know you don't want to hear that, but it is the only fix.
