    Hey, Im new to VCD's but here's my problem...
    Im trying to convert a avi file to mpg so i can burn it to vcd
    but when im encoding it nothing is displayed and when it finishes all that i hear is the audio and no video

    im using TMPGEnc to encode and iv'e tried amny programs.

    if you can help me please do so.
