    I want to make DVDs of TV shows and so have two or more episodes per DVD. Can anyone point me to a free tool and any guide or HOWTO for that tool? I don't care about anything fancy... all I care about is being able to play Episode 1, Episode 2, etc.

    there's only a few free DVD authoring tools

    DVDAuthorgui
    GUI for dvdauthor
    SimpleDVD

    depending on your original file format then there may be other free ways to create your DVD's
