I've had a Panasonic E85H for over a year now. I've not had any problems with this machine except the following.

This past summer I moved to a new city. When I connected my E85H to cable, it downloaded the appropriate program listings. However, there are a few channels that the E85H does not seem to receive. In other words (for example), my TV will tune cable channel 84 but when I tune that channel on the E85H, all I get is a blue screen. I've gone through the manual and cannot figure out what is happening here.

Do I perhaps need to re-initialize the machine so that everything is reset?

If anyone has an idea of what's going on here I'd be very greatful to hear it.
