i know it's possible for text subtitles. is it possible for vobsubs?
if it isn't, how would i go about fixing them?

	this is what i was originally thinking. ocr the vobsubs, then get the new timing, and replace the times in the idx file. i've done it before, but it's a great GREAT hassle. i'll try it if all else fails.Originally Posted by mats.hogberg
 
 and i'm not sure what you mean with time-locked and frame-locked. the idx displays the subs via time, not frames. i think that's what you were asking.
