That audio doesn't happen to be MP3 VBR does it? That may explain it. Even if it isn't, you may be better off to save it out as a WAV with Virtualdub and use the WAV file for the encoder audio input. If it's VBR, Virtualdub will let you know right away. VD can also check the video for errors.
Not familiar with that codec pack, but generally installing any whole codec pack is a bad idea and can lead to codec conflicts. -
it does happen to be vbr but i did what you said and the output time is like 577 mins long

I've converted quite a few Xvids with VBR audio using VD to extract the WAV and encode with successfully. You might look to this to see if there is something you are missing:https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=241895
The results you mention are common with encoding with VBR audio. Did you select the WAV audio separately from the video in TMPGEnc encoder? -
Load the video into virtualdubmod (or whatever variant of Vdub you use). When it offers to re-write the header, answer yes. You can then set audio to full processing, set the compression to uncompressed pcm, and save out the wav file. It will be the correct length.

http://members.dodo.net.au/~jimmalenko/ExtractAudio.htm may be of assistance. There's also a guide for doing this using virtualdubmod in the guides section - just select all guides written by me and you'll soon find it.
If in doubt, Google it.
