I am trying to put my DVD onto my iPod. Most of my DVD's have gone great, the one that was a problem I was able to use MTR and FFMPEGX to get going. Now I have another.
Armegeddon. I used MTR and the title extraction (all chapters) to get a single VOB file off of the CD. I can play the VOB from VLC, Mplayer and withiin FFMPEGX with no issue, everything is in sync. I use the PSP conversion at 400 mbit, high quality encoding and the resulting mp4 vide/audio is out of sync. I tried both NTSC and Film NTSC and both generated the same result. I will try it again just to be sure I didn't mess something up.
Any suggestions, I will also try a different encoder instead of what the default is.
