    Hi everyone,
I'm new here and also new to the world of video editing. Just wanna say this site definitely rocks!

My question is very basic. When using premiere pro1.5, after I finish editing a sequence and subsequently make a movie, the movie is played but with a reduced sized screen. How do I make the movie in such a way that I can have full screen capability when watching on pc or burned as a vcd? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

RTM ? (It used to be RTFM, but keep getting upset about the F part *shrug* )

What do you want to do with the video ? Do you wan't to create VCDs ? Or do you want to create DVDs ? Or are you happy to just watch it on the PC ?

We need to know where you want to go before we can tell you how to get there.

Full screen where? In Premiere? On the tv? Computer? This could any number of things. Need clarification on PRECISELY you're trying to do, and what you did so far (step by step) to get to what you made so far.

Full screen on the pc and TV not on Premiere.

What I have done so far is after completing the editing, I go to 'file', then click on Export and select 'Adobe media Encoder', then clicked on then selected 'MPEG1-VCD' format. I have tried selecting 'MPEG1' and 'windows media' on separate occasions subsequently making the final movie.

What I get is a final movie that plays fine but cannot be blown up to full screen either on PC or when played as a VCD for the TV screen. Lets's say I play it on Win Media and I select the full screen option, it expands to a bigger frame size but far from full screen capability. A black background surrounds the movie frame.

Never had this experience with Pinnacle.

Is this clear enough? Thanks for guiding me with the questions. I realize now that every detail is needed.

Sounds like VCD resolution inside a full D1 resolution, which doesn't make sense with a canned VCD template. If you g-spot the output (with the latest g-spot beta) what does it say about the video ?
