    hi:
    is any software can conver RMVB to mpg like TMPGEnc,
    it can be cgange CRB and audio sample rate ,audio bitrate too.

    Recent versions AVISynth can handle the variable frame rate of RMVB and frame server to TMPGEnc. Use a script like this:

    #ASYNTHER RMVB
    DirectShowSource("%f", fps=23.976, convertfps=true)

    Replace the frame rate with whatever you need.
