I have two questions: Both dealing with Panisonic 24PA and editing.

1) Avid Project, 30i (so we can watch on the TV) We captured a ton of video that was shot on 24PA into our 30i project. I import bits of footage via Quicktime Reference into After Effects and remove the pulldown (WWWWS, etc in a 23.976 comp). Now, when I add my effects, what is the best pulldown to export 29.97... to Re-Import back into AVID ...? Should I use (WWWSS or something else?) When I used WWWSS, it looks funny in AVID of course as it is not the same pull down as 24PA 2:3:3:2.

2) Avid Project, 23.976 project (cannot watch it on TV) We capture footage that was shot on 24PA into our 23.967 project to get a full 24 fps project (making after effects easy to export, import and time streatch with no fields to worry about.) NOW, my question is, when I export the 24P (23.967) project as a quicktime reference, and want to import this into ProCoder, how can I get the encoder to encode my DVD (M2V) project as 24fps instead of 29.97? When I import this M2V project into my Adobe Encore 1.5, it seems every 4th and 5th frame is the same and almost seems jerky when playing back on a TV after my DVD is burned.

Hope these two questions weren't too confusing!
