Feedback - add new info to download field.. ie, filesize ?

Hi everyone

..can we ?

For instance, when you are checking out a link to a new app/tool,
and just above the screenshot pic of the app/tool, there is the
Download/Mirro link. Even in tiny letter would be great, so that
those that want to look into D/L 'ing can make up their mind to
or not to D/L.

Some Examples:

** 1120.5kb or
** 64.2MB ..hmm... maybe later..

..... alternatively what about putting it next to the latest version and date it was last updated ?

e.g.

Yes. That test example looks good to me. I like in both places.

Even if the filesize is not exact (from version to version) you
can guestimate that it would be pretty close. So accuracy is not
a problem here. Anyways.

If you can do it, great. That would help out a lot for many of us
all here on vcdhelp (videohelp) and especially for those who are
still on dial-up, like me.

Take your time.., I know its *probably* lots of work.. but I do
appreciate it..

Some time? Since the software is only listed here (I don't recall a software title that could be DL'ed directly from videohelp.com), it requires that each file be accessed directly--so that its size can be read.

In light of the vast number of titles, it will require a lot of work followed by more work

Granted, it's probably a useful idea--but maybe not too practical.

All downloadable tools updated with file size information, many sites has size info so I didn't have to download all 600 tools.

Now I'm gonna update 5000 dvd players with features....see you in December 2009....

were over 600 win/mac/linux sw apps on vcdhelp's (via link of course)
