I used tmpgenc's "SuperVideo CD(NTSCFilm)" setting the only thing I changed was the video bitrate from the default to 918 and audio bitrate from 224(the default) to 128 because my player can't play overburned SVCDs. But 128 is still SVCD standard so why is VCDEasy autopadding my already standard SVCD?
