  1. Hi, I'm wondering what the difference is between GPRM & SPRM as when working with DVDremake all are reffered to as [R]. So when I set one I think I'm using a GPRM as it's just a memory and SPRM are specific for certain codes no? Or am I totally clueless?

You can write to a GPRM register, the SPRM registers are read only. The SPRM registers hold information that's specific to the Dvd Player (like the region code, parental level, etc). If you are interested, here's a link to a breakdown of the what the SPRM registers refer to.

  3. So how can I be sure that when I make a conditional compare that it is a SPRM that's used or a GPRM? As both are only pointed to as [R].

  4. R[X] - is always GPRM. All SPRMS are named in DvdReMake Pro, so you will see something like R[0] = vmg_title.

I thought there was some sort of trace function in DRM?

  8. You are both right actually. There is no step-by-step trace function yet - it is coming. But there is a "Open destination" function ( http://www.dimadsoft.com/dvdremakepro/new_features_v3.php#jump ) that can be used to go through Link/Jump/Call commands and trace DVD navigation.
