  1. Hi, I have the VIDEO_TS folders from 2 DVDs, both of about 2 gigs in size, and I'd like to put both onto one DVD with a top menu to select between the two. I can import both DVDs into DVDReMake and then merge them. Then I click export project, but when I then load that VIDEO_TS folder into PowerDVD, only one of the DVDs plays. There's no menu to select between the two DVDs and if I click 'root menu' or 'top menu', the file just stops playing. When the one DVD gets to the end, the file also stops playing. I can manually load the other vobs (from the 2nd DVD) into the player and it will play, but I would hazard a guess that a hardware DVD player would not be able to do this. Any ideas anybody?

p.s. if it matters, I notice that, when the two DVDs are merged into a 3rd project, the 'Video Title Set' with the DVD select menu in it is the last Title Set in the list. Is this an indicator to what the problem might be? Because I would have thought this DVD select menu would have to come at the top of the list and therefore the start of the DVD, but there's no way to change its position/location. Is this it?

what version of DVDRemake are you using?

where did the original files come from? I have a feeling they are not perfectly authored to begin with and that may be causing problems

do they have menu's on the 2 DVD's?

what happens when you play the first DVD by itself in PowerDVD when it finishes? Does PowerDVD just stop or does it go back to the menu?

  3. Hahah before I reply, I should probably let you know that I am a true geordie, so if you want to tell me to type 'deltree C:\Windows' into a command prompt to fix my problem, then that's ok

Hahah actually I gave up on the problem. I was using DVDReMake Pro, and the DVDs were downloaded from BitTorrent. They were concerts, and both of them had menus but they weren't really that important, so i just DVD shrinked them onto one DVD, and it worked well. But thanks for the suggestions anyway!
