RM to 3gp?

Hi all.. need to convert a rm video clip to play on my mobile phone (nokia 6230). Tried using Xilisoft 3GP Convertor but the status always show "failed" the moment i click on the "encode" button. I tried with a few other rm (and rmvb) files but the result is the same. Why is this so? Can Xilisoft really convert from rm to 3gp?? or do i need to change some settings? pls help!

try super 1, a gui for mencoder and I think it supports rm.

mencoder supports rm fine. External codecs are required for some formats though, such as cook audio.
