I heard the best thing to do it is with adobe after effects and i downloaded a trial but can't work with it.
So if you make a tutorial or know one, i hope it is with adobe.

Just study up on masked F/X moves. They are just revealing a still.

MainConcept has a motion tracking tutorial for their MainVision compositing app. Take a look at it toward the bottom of the page: http://www.mainconcept.com/mainvision_info.html. Although I don't personally use AfterEffects, I'd bet it's very similar.

AfterEffects is way overkill unless you want to get very sophisticated. Assume a year of learning curve.

Premiere, Premire Pro, Vegas, etc. can easily handle keyframed 2D and 3D translations with borders. Learning curve 1-3mo.

    Ok!
    Thanks!
I have a trial version from vegas here...
I can try that out maybe... i allready tried it with that but the result wasn't that good... i do it with pan crop and always let the mask go downstairs or at the side but then the input video needs to be perfect downstairs or upstairs or add the side the frame you hold.
So... i think their need to be better ways...
I try to figure it out better but help for doing it with the vegas software would be nice!
    Thanx

My bet (without doing it now) is Vegas can handle it given the right technique. This is not a beginners project BTW. Learn the basics first.

Try asking in one of these forums.

This is very easy to do in Premiere. It is also very easy to do in Wax2, wich is a FREE Video Compositor/Editor.

It took 15 mins start to finish to make this with Wax2:

Sorry, I don't have any tutorials for it. I just experimented with the "Quick 3D filter" as I created it. By no means am I an expert with Wax2, I just like playing around with it. I suppose I could make a Tutorial for it, but I'm much better at creating then explaining.

Maybe if I have some spare time, I might make a Tutorial for Wax2.
