How to clean the censor on the video

i'm downloading a video, but when i play it, i notice that the video is censored and i cant event see the video, it is have a software that can clean the censored pixels on the vide?

or virtualDubMod can clean the censored pixels?

If it's part of the video.... like a big censored banner across it, forget it, you can't recover what's not there.

If it's small try searching for delogo, that will mask it to some point but if it's boobs your looking to see that won't work.
