Do You Have The Old V-stream Drivers?

Hi guys, I've been reading these forums for nearly 2 years and you guys have proved to be a lot of help. I have a problem I hope someone can help me with. I have a Xpert DVD Maker PCI capture card. In the manual its listed as V-stream 88XLP. I recently changed my motherboard and decided to re-install everything but I seem to have misplaced the CD with the drivers for my card. I downloaded more recent drivers but I'm getting this effect at the beginning of every file.

Does anyone have this card where they can point me to the old drivers? One of the things I noticed about the new drivers is that it stated that these work on cards with TV tuners. My card does not have a TV tuner. Also with the old drivers when I clicked record, it started recording almost immediately. With these new drivers when I click record, as much as 4 seconds goes by before it starts to record. If anyone has the old drivers, I would be very grateful to have them, the updated drivers are causing problems. Thanks much.
