    i'm basically looking for a FREE program that lets me edit my mpegs and put them into one. i have alot of small mpeg files that i want to edit into one. thanks.

    Why don't you try the TOOLS section on the left hand side??
    MPEG-VCR seems to be popular for the editing, and TmpgencAuthour seems to be a favourite for authouring..

    TMPGENC, and use the MPEG TOOLS function in the FILE menu.

    All of your MPEG files MUST be the same specs: resolution, bitrate, framerate, etc.
