What? You're talking thousands of GOPs for a full length movie. You don't need it anyway just to burn. What's that got to do with burning? Do you mean to author? You just have to set it up correctly before encoding.

I would use SubStation Alpha. You make an 8-bit mono WAV file of the audio, enter that into SSA, and that will also allow you to synch up the subs very accurately. I'm sure there are other ways also. -
You knot the GOP structure under the seeting in TMPENGC the values are like 1,5,2 vut then I want to change that becuz the dvd author TMP DVD Author sed it's wrong so..yes I need help...THanx......

If you're talking about acceptability, TDA will accept any input that is DVD compliant. TMPGEnc will output DVD compliant files as long as the template is correct. Both programs being from the same company, of course they're going to work correctly--as long as you use a DVD compliant template.
Are you using the default DVD (NTSC or PAL depending on your region/state/country) template?
Start with that and DON'T change anything until you've learned all about what it's settings mean--what is DVD-valid, what isn't, which settings are more quality-efficient, etc.
AFA subtitles, you can always create your "script" in Notepad, save it, and then cut and paste into SSA or Subtitle Workshop or one of the many others. Match them up using timecode or if they have an on-screen preview much the better. Then save/export as the text or bmp format that is supported by your authoring app (TDA in this case?).

OKay for TMP the GOP structure THe Number of I picture in GOP is 1 and in P Picture the number 5 and the B picture was um 1 and the out put interval was
o and check boxes are detect scene change...ANy changes need to be made to that tab if so please tell me....... -
Here is the standard NTSC DVD GOP settings page:
First, use those settings to make sure what you encode works ok.
Once you're comfortable and successful using those settings, then you may vary from them ONCE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING.

Of course you'd need to choose MPEG-2 Program (VBR) as your type instead. If in doubt, Google it. -
If this is a movie and you're applying 3:2 pulldown, either during encoding or afterwards, then you had better set it up for 1/4/1.
And for being from the US, then I agree with Jim that you had better practice on making your posts more understandable. Either you're very sloppy, or your English language skills really need some work. -

I may have made a mistake last time by recommending 1/4/1. I don't use TMPGEnc for encoding, but was looking at some of my M2Vs in ReStream and the Fields Coded (with Pulldown) go IPBPBBPBBPBB. I'm not real sure about it, but that may mean you should set up TMPGEnc for 1/4/2. Maybe Jim or someone else can set me straight.
Again, that applies for 23.976fps progressively encoded Film. For 29.97fps interlaced encoded Video, that 4 can become a 5. -
For the SSA subing program, I can't seem to type my subtitles in Chinese...I need to sub a presentation that was done in Chinese, so I want my subtitles to be in characters. Anyone know a good program to sub chinese.....

You're talking about Unicode support. Don't know which sub apps fully support it and which ones don't.
Look at an older thread of mine, there is at least one about doing Arabic.
My suggestion was to type the text in MSWord (support Unicode and Keyb remapping fine) and then just copy-pasting into the sub app. Even apps that have difficulty with Keyb remap input (or ALT + #### code) will often accept a pasted input.
