My friend wants to marked his DVD as "copyrighted". He believes some software won't copy it, if the DVD is a "second copy" of an original copy. Is it true? And, which software can mark DVD as "copyrighted"?

He believes wrong. He'd have to press discs, and get a license to use Macrovision and CSS on the presses. Cannot be done on burns. It'll cost thousands of dollars after everything is over. But even that isn't foolproof, anybody with an Internet connection can learn how to copy a DVD in under 5 minutes.
