Has anyone notice a vast improvement in their Netflix service over the last month?
It seems that they are honoring the term "unlimited" rentals, much more so. Additionally, the turn around times are just one DAY.
On my 8-out plan, I was able to rent 40 DVDs in October. For September, I was only able to rent 23 DVDs before I began experiencing horrific shipping delays on titles that were "in stock." I only place tiles in my queue that are marked as "available now" (Note: I'm blind with Kidney failure. I'm a social recluse with no friends... other than my home health nurse. I love listening to movies all day, every day!)
Has netflix "found" God... or did angry members come together to file a Class action lawsuit?
