    my dell is running really slow and i would just like to wipe my pc and start from scratch again i anti spy ware software and my anti virus is ok but i just wana wipe the whole computer and restart xp thanks

    if it came with a hidden partition and a recovery disk from dell, you'll have some difficulty following the guide.
