I've try with Velocity but it is not what I want.

Either use velocity envelopes and play around with the positions of the points to make the transitions suit, or split the clips on either end of the scene you want to change, and just change the clip in between.

I agree with guns1inger. SPLIT IT and work with it as a standalone clip.

O.K. Thanks for advice but I still can't fix the problem. I put some video clip on time line, then with "S" key on the keyboard I split part of clip (about 40sec) , and finally I change speed rate to slower or faster, but when I check the video it changes speed to whole video clip not on selected one. Maybe somewhereI go wrong in selecting the video clip???
    Regards.

  5. Hold down the CTRL key while stretching or compressing (shortining) the video clip to change the speed of the clip. You can alter the audio this way also.
