    right well I made 2 templates following the guides on digitalfaq, 1 is using VBR 48hz 256kb/s audio and the other 2 options are at 5mb/s. The other only is pretty much the same only that the other 2 options are both sitting at 3mb/s. Now somehow the 5mb comes out SMALLER in size then the 3mb/s one :O Whats going oN ?

    Compression can change based on content. Cartoons, for example, compress much tighter, and will use more of the low option on VBR. Max is only used when needed, average is a suggestion.
