I have been using DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink for awhile now. The process I do is I first decrypt and put on hard drive with decrypter and then shrink and burn using Shrink. I have had no problems up until recently. Here is what happened. I downloaded and installed the new Musicmatch Jukebox 10 software, I bought the upgrade for musicmatch and upgraded it as well. Now when I use DVD Shrink I get the following gibberish 1% into the burn process....if anyone can decipher this gibberish it would be greatly appreciated...just so you know I have uninstalled both musicmatch and dvd shrink then reinstalled musicmatch first then shrink and still have the problems and this error message. Thank you all so much for the help you can provide......Denise

1st thing is edit your Nero log posting and remove your registration code (first line). I guess what I would do is download Nero CleanTool and uninstall Nero and then download the latest Nero 6 (6.6.0.16) and install it. Nero 6 probably got corrupted.

Too tools for newbies :
Installwatch , and regsnap
Before installing any program , do a reg snapshot
Next , fire install watcher
Run actual program you are installing
When installed , save install watcher info
Do a second snapshot of reg , save both snapshots
This will make tracking the problem down alot easier .
