  1. Ok, so I got this img file that I want to burn so I can play it in my dvd player. I've burnt it using alcohol 120% but the player gave a reading error. I burnt it using nero 6 by choosing recording>record image and then click write and finalize. Player Still wouldn't read the DVD.

Then I used nero again and clicked NEW> DVD-Video and copied the VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS files from the first DVD i burned to the right maps and burnt it again. Now the damn thing says "no disc"

I'm really clueless here. Please help.

    Thanks in advance!

Maybe your player doesn't like +R or -R or +RW or -RW discs (pick the one format you use!)
    Or even not the manufactue.

Get DaemonTools (free) and mount the image and see if it plays. You could then open it in DVDShrink (from Daemon Tools) and see if it accepts it without error. If Shrink doesn't like it it's probably a lost cause.
