DVD FabDecrypter, then use DVD Shrink in file mode. I had no problems, however, reading other forums, many people are getting results like you using a variety of other back-up tools.
-
How do you mean in file mode???
Like backing it on to hard drive with dvd fab decrypter and then shrinking it from file I tried that already it didnt work -
DVD Shrink, OPen Disk or Open Files. If you were able to get the movie to your hard drive using DVD Fab Decrypter. There should be no reason Shrink would not compress and burn for you. What are the specific errors or problems you are having using these tools?

I backed my daughters copy up but had to use DVD_RB because it's mising ifo's. If you look at it after you rip it some ifo files are missing. Might be some kind of new protection.
-
you could rip with dvd decrypter, copy the errored fles, and make your own .psl, then reload and rerip.
or use anydvd when ripping with decrypter.
if you use dvd2one to reduce it to 1 dvdr, then you can always delete the strange cells, that may have 0mg size or strange sized ones.
better yet, take it back to the shop and smack them round the head with it,as that crap doenst even deserve to be on disc.will ferret is a twat,a total not funny twat.<--thats IMO,rant over.LifeStudies 1.01 - The Angle Of The Dangle Is Indirectly Proportionate To The Heat Of The Beat,Provided The Mass Of The Ass Is Constant. -

Dvd fabdecrypter to get it on the HD. Then dvdshrink to open it, and strip the extras . Then dvddecrypter to burn. I KNOW this works.

I just backed it up yesterday, but I did it manually with DvD Decrypter in "IFO" mode.
This does use a different type of copy protection. They usually insert bogus Vobs, but this one uses a corrupt AC3 header. The copy protection ends up being in the Audio rather than the Video. The process is a little complicated, but it can be done.I stand up next a mountain and chop it down with the ledge of my hand........ I'm a Voodoo child.... Jimi Hendrix, -
I had already backed up my copy of Bewitched (the way I wanted it) using DvdFab Decrypter, VobBlanker, and PgcEdit, but I found a premade PSL2 file on the Digital-Digest forum (here), and tried it out on my original disk. DvdDecrypter ripped it perfectly using the PSL2 file.

I also had a problem backing up bewitched.
After many attempts I used this procedure.
Dvdfabdecrypter to backup the disk to harddrive.
Copy the main vob's to a seperate folder.
Rename the vob's to VTS_01_1, 2, 3 etc.
Use ifoedit to create new ifo's and bup's.
Worked for me.
Hope this is of help to someone

Everyone saying DVD Shrink is not allowing the files to be opened after ripping with DVDFab Decrypter, are you using the latest version ?
I have seen many people say yes then find out they did NOT have the latest version of a certain software
Because i had the same problem with Lords of Dogtown before it was updated. I had to also run them through VobBlanker after getting them to the HDD with the last version of DVDFab Decrypter.
I tried DVD Decrypter on Bewitched, i got the same error as with LOD,
I ripped it with DVDFab Decrypter, opened in DVD Shrink no problem.
Did a full disc and a movie only and they both played fine after burning to a dvdr 8)
