Frame Rate

I want to edit frame rate for my divx file. I want to change the frame rate from 29fps to 15 fps. how can this be done so the picture still plays smoothly. When i tried it, the file was playing like in slow motion and out of sync.

Not sure why you want to do this, but short answer is it can't be done. Think of it like an old picture flip book. If you take out 1/2 the pictures theres no way to make it run smoothly.

I want to do this because it saves space and i seen some ppl done it b4 and it worked played smooth, just like the original/
