I just purchased a PVR 150. It seems to capture video fine (sound and white out problems as noted by others).
I've used both WinTV2000 and GBPVR to capture video from old VHS tapes. I am then using InterVideo's DVD Creator to edit the capture and burn DVDs. The DVDs look good for the first 30 minutes to an hour of playback. Eventually though, blocks of pixels begin to drop out. If I fast forward to the same section of the DVD without playing into it, the sections play fine. Is this a problem with the settings used when capturing the video?
I have been capturing and burning home movies with the Intervideo Software for over a year using the same stack of Maxell 8x DVD-R media with no problems. Since I am using the same authoring/burn operation, I assume the problem is on capture. Can this only be a media/burn problem?

Could be media. Is that RITEKG05 or MXLRG03 media?

Wanted to say that after many hours of work trying to determine the problem, it was the labels. Peel them off, DVDs play fine.
