Hi guys,
i would like to make the subtitle to be permanent with the AVI movie.
is there any tool to combine subtitle into AVI file? DO i have to re-encode it again??

To perminatly encode subs, yes you have to re-encode. From your other post it looks like you really want an mpg. I would not suggest re-encoding to an avi, just to then re-encode that. Waste of time and it will result in lower quality unless you use a lossless codec.
