Hi, I am using Tmpgenc dvd author 1.6 and for my main menu to select the track menu I have created a 31 second video. I want this video to play once and then stay at the last frame. How is this managed?
I can only get it to constanly loop or not play at all and stay at the first frame. No matter if under menu display settings, motion menu, if i select the time as 1 second for the loop, 31 seconds or 999 seconds. It constanly loops. If I unselect unselect use motion menu, it only stays at the first frame. Any help? Thanks

Whilst not a "perfect" solution by any stretch, one way to get around this would be to encode an MPEG that contains your 31 second clip, then physically "plays" the last frame for a period of time, say 5 minutes or whatever.
There are probably other authoring softwares such as dvd-lab that can do this on its ear.
If you still want to use TMPGEnc DVD Author, the easiest way to do this would probably be to create a blank WAV file with a length of around 4:30 then use the last frame as a still and this should create your still effect. Then append this clip to the end of your motion menu clip to form one 5 minute long clip. Then specify this clip as your motion menu. Of course the clip would repeat from the start after 5 minutes though. If in doubt, Google it.
