    well I burn the dvd Imgs with DVD DECRYPTER DVD DECRYPTER V3.5.4.0
    then when its done i put the movie in a dvd player and its screen is all messed up its like scrolling up and down fast, this happened twice out of 3 movies. i dont know what im doing wrong 1 movie works but the other 2 dont. i also tried to burn using nero and same thing happened. if u guys got any advice please let me know thanks.

    are they PAL dvd movies you've downloaded?

    if so, you might try checking your dvd player settings and see if there is a setting for "PAL, NTSC or MULTI"..
