I have a song with the same music different vocalist, is there a way to cut one vocal and paste it in the other version of the song

If you don't have the masters then it is almost impossible. It is very diificult to cleanly remove the vocal s from a track and keep a decent music track as a result. You want to try to do this twice, then swap the just the vocal track. I don't think it will be worth the effort.
