    I have an Mpeg2 file, 1 hr 43 minutes long. I use Ulead VS 9 to create an audio file, WAV, 48Khz. Then use Goldwave to apply a filter to knock out the hiss, and when I put it back with the video, I have sync problems. It's not much, probably not even a half a second, but just enough to notice when someone is talking. What am I doing wrong?

    More on this...The original file shows up with sync problems on Ulead VS 9, but plays fine and in sync when using Ulead DVD Movie Factory 3.
