Hi every1,
I am trying to burn a vcd of a movie file on a CD-R. But I can't burn more than one hour and nineteen minutes on the vcd. I don't think it is a problem with the size of the file because i have burned files bigger than this one but below one hour and nineteen minutes. Is there any way I can burn more than one hour and nineteen minutes. Please help me.
Thank You in advance.

80 minutes of VCD-compliant MPEG will fit on an 80 minute 700MB CD as-is.
To get more, you need to look at either overburning, 90 or 99 min CDRs, or encode as non-standard Video CD (XVCD), and lower the bitrate such that your end MPEG is roughly 800MB if using 80 min 700MB CDs.If in doubt, Google it. -
hey forget xvcd
go kvcd
with that stuff you can get more than 2 hours

Squeezing video sacrifices quality. Remember this.
Be wary of supposed superior compression schemes. They're just that ... schemes. If you want better quality, and more time, get a DVD. If a normal DVD is still not big enough, split discs or use a DL DVD.Want my help? Ask here! (not via PM!)
